Made pizza for dinner tonight using Zippylip's cold rise dough recipe. http://www.eggheadforum.com/index.php?option=com_simpleboard&func=view&id=987401&catid=1#
This made a fabulous pizza crust, my wife proclaimed it possibly the best crust yet! Sorry there are no plated photos- the hungry mouths wouldn't wait, and the presentation was lacking in its photogenic qualities. In plain English, these were the ugliest looking pies this side of the Rockies. I tried using corn meal on the pizza peel instead of parchment paper. It took too long to make the pizza and add its toppings, so the dough tended to cling to the peel instead of sliding nicely onto the pizza stone. However, due to the high hydration of the dough, it had some very nice air bubbles around the edges. Here are some pics of the dough making process:

uglydog,
You need to give that peel a little shake 'often' while you build the pie. I usually forget 1 of the 4 we usually make and I hear ya cluckin, it sucks. I use the same dough and it's always a winner.
