Oklahoma Eggfest 2011!

Well, it is that time again. Mark your calendars for the 7th Annual Oklahoma Eggfest on April 15-16, 2011.

The fest is once again at Everything BBQ in OKC. The format will be the same again with the 6th Annual Golf Scramble kicking things off on Friday morning. There will be a Meet and Greet at the store from 6PM -8PM on Friday evening with the Eggfest and After Party on Saturday.

The hotel is once again the La Quinta and rooms are ready to reserve now. Call 405-755-7000 to reserve your room for $89.00 per night. Tell them you are with the Oklahoma Eggfest Group to get the special rate.

The website will be up this weekend with all of the details on Demo Eggs, Shirts, Egg School, etc.

Glad to hear you will be continuing to run that awesome fest. We, unfortunately wont be able to make it this year due to other obligations...but knowing you're running things insures it will once again be a top notch fest...Have fun my friend.

I know Mike wasn't there last year with the restaurant and all, but this to me was kind of his fest. He loved the Iron Egg Chef award and loved teaching the rib class. Not to mention the golf and providing Blues Hog to everyone.

Mike, you are missed today and every other day.

It was rough at the Denver fest in August last year. Mike had been there with his folks in 2009. We had a super time at the fest and after party!! He is missed much.
