  • BGEWDE,[p]Looking good but you had better check the bottom of the loin as it may be burning as it is slightly outside of the diameter of your drip pan and getting more direct heat. [p]Dave

    3:30am Tenderloin is off, butts are looking good. Dome temp creeped up to about 300, cut airflow and got it down to about 250 now...[p]Butts%206am.JPG
    6am Butts are doing well... My temp crept back up to about 280, but I have dropped it again to about 230
