Apricot Peach Chops: Brine

Did up a simple brine the other night and soaked a couple of center cut pork chops. Then towards the end of cook did up a Apricot Peach glaze for something different.

Chops look great. The glaze added a nice shine to the chops. If they tasted anywhere near as good as they look you had a good meal.
