Cook # 6 - Flank Steak.
Egg thermometer at 500 (I have never seared before-does 500 count?).
Direct.
Marinated overnight with Yoshiba's.
Tried to take it off the grill at 140, but it snuck up to 145.
Put it in foil for 12 minutes while the green beans were grilled and sliced it up to serve.

Even the most experienced egger can always learn. Looks pretty good to me too.I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

Nice! I'm in and will look up Yashiba's.
Don't trash the gasser...makes a great covered storage place for tools and eggcesories.

I think you did fine Weedhopper!
How was it as far as being tender? -
Looks great! Mr Yoshida's, right?Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

I agree with Bigdaddy,, keep the gasser for holding your cooking hardware,,, otherwise, turn it into a cooler!! now theres a conversation piece! Looks tasty,, good job.

Beats hamburger helper any day by a mile. Will have to look for Yoshida's.
