I bought one of these temp controllers and it has worked great. The first cook was 2 boston butts (15lbs). Set temp at 225 and checked it 10 hours later and it was registering 221. 2nd cook, the unit got wet and coroded to set key. I sent the unit back for repair, recieved the unit in 3 days and works great. The support at Auber is AWESOME
