Went over to the compound yesterday for an afternoon/evening of bbq and camaraderie. Great ribs and I'm a pit beef believer now.....great stuff. Time for the Huff compoundette to find space for a meat slicer. Encountered the fabled bbqbetty.....she's not all that she's cracked up to be.....not much of a talker.....her pet cow was the life of the party.
