Finally got around to cooking some ribs with the Blues Hog I ordered. That is some kinda good barbecue sauce!
Rubbed and ready for the grill. We preferred the slab rubbed with Blues Hog Rub

That sho does look fine! I have not tried this...but there is something about the color and the sheen of the finished ribs that just makes me know it is good.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

I love Blues Hog Original on ribs, but you have to get it warm or it just doesn't work at all.

Ive never tried their rub, but sauce is my favorite. I always do dizzy dust or bad Byrons with blues hog sauce. I'll have to add some rub next time I order sauce.Large & MiniMax in Lexington, KY
