Since it's 48* in Arizona today, and I was wishing for something more tropical - went to the pantry stock and whipped up a tasty reminder of the islands for a snack today:
Yellowfin Poke
Tuna, re-constituted ogo (seaweed), Hawaiian Salt, Chili Pepper, Sesame Oil and a splash of Shoyu (soy). Quick, easy, delicious. Not the islands but close enough for today.
