and in with the new. After many years of service and countless modifications, I finally parted ways with my old table, and got to christen my new cooking area with yesterday's festivities. Mickey and Grillmeister made it to SA, but Chubby and Spring Chicken couldn't make it at the last minute. Great fun was had. Here are some shots of the new area. Happy New Year.

Mike what an incredible place for your babies, even that old table would be great as a flower pot imagine som bougainvillea colour hanging from it. Yesterday must have been a blast. All the best

Too late for the table. I gave it to my new Egger brother-in-law who is in the pic with Mickey.

It was fun. Wish you could have been here.

Ok, here we go.....long ago this Mini belonged to MollyShark. One night a big wind hit Ft. Worth and rearranged her patio...moved Egg tables, etc. This Mini took a tumble and was cracked from top to bottom on the left side. She bought a new one and gave this to my son, Ryan. He moved before he ever used it and I ended up with it. I placed the worm drive clamps around it to make sure it didn't completely separate. That was 3-4 years ago and I use it all of the time. Works like a charm.

    And now you know...

That was a great idea, but Mama was ready to see the old one go. It went to a good home, however.

Looks great!! What is the band around the mini's purpose?

Poor choice of words. This morning I felt like I'd been thrown out, myself. We probably had 30 folks there at any given time all afternoon. I don't recall sitting down all day. The old back and legs feel it.

    Happy New Year, Buddy.
