The wind was picking up a little so my normal aluminum foil on top of vertical roaster wasn't staying put. The inverted turkey frying basket did though!

Yeah the EZ-Up is up now, but I didn't want to leave it up overnight and draw attention to the Egg in the driveway. It sucks, but we do have some hoodlum little rug rats in the hood that would love a chance to vandalize the Egg or whats inside it cooking.

Bought one of these at home depot a while back. Works fantastic in snow, wind, rain....fits tight over the dfw
