We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. My first Prime Rib

It got a little done cuz part of the family was caught up in traffic and had to detour. Put EGG as low a temp as possible and took it out at 130 instead of 125 degrees. I don't like cold prime rib and had to wait until everyone was here. Everyone had a great time, though.
