My first Prime Rib

It got a little done cuz part of the family was caught up in traffic and had to detour. Put EGG as low a temp as possible and took it out at 130 instead of 125 degrees. I don't like cold prime rib and had to wait until everyone was here. Everyone had a great time, though.
