While opening gifts from Santa, I came across a rather large box. I opened it and was very excited to find the "rig customer combo" and a wok. :woohoo: I had already fired up the egg to cook a turkey to take to mama's. Without even thinking I pulled the adjustible rig, spider, slide rack, and stone out of the box and assembled it in the large. immediately put in the 15 lb bird and cooked an amazing turkey.

Thanks Tom for making a quality product thats easy to use. Looking forward to many years of use.

Can't get any pics of the new clean toy but I'll post some later of the used one.

90% of my cooks in the large or mini has Tom's toys working. Have found the adjustable rigs make me a better cook.

I prefer used over new on the pics anyways, I see the new stuff every day but am always fascinated by how folks use the equipment.

The first pic is not the setup I used. I just set the stuff in the egg to get a pic of it.
