I cooked some filets for my wife and I on christmas eve, so we could have surf and turf(crab legs not on the egg). While preheating the large to sear the filets, it had flames coming out of the top, I attempted to take a pic, and got lucky on the first try.

The dome temp was approximately 680-700.
The "turkey" is a citronella torch with snow on top of it, has someone had some egg nog tonight? I dont see a turkey?? -
Interesting way to sear a turkey! Love cooking in the snow myself.
