Hot Bath for Standing Rib Roast??

Cooking a standing rib roast tomorrow reverse sear technique. Should I hot bath the roast to get to room temp or just leave it out for an hour or so?

it will not get to room temp in one hour sitting out! I have been having good luck hot tubbing rib roasts for 75 minutes. Typically the internal temp by the time it goes on is about 85° at that point. No dark cold centers for me!
