We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Christmas Ham

I know that it's a bit early,but the weather was nice today,so I decided to smoke the ham today.Special thanks to my secret santa for helping my family during the holiday season ;) Here's the ham pics,and no,there are no plated pics.I was too full by the the time I sliced it all up :silly: :ohmy: :laugh: This was a 7lb ham and I smoked it with hickory and peach wood at 250 for about 3 hrs :) I now have some delicious meat for sammies this week at work :woohoo: Thanks for looking ;)
