I set my hot platesetter down a little to hard and broke a leg off. It's a clean break. What can I use to repair it?
Thanks in advance

everyone seems to love JB Weld. any hardware or auto parts store should have it.
I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Like the others said,,,JB weld

After the JB weld,I drill 1/8" holes around the repair with a ceramic drill bit and then run wire from hole to hole like lacing a shoe up. Always worked great for me

It sounds like JB weld is the way to go.
What kind of wire do you use? -
Uh,
Mr. Poolman, I broke a platesetter jut that way. I have since lost the broken off bit. Do yo think I could fashion a complete legg from JB Weld? Thanks in advance for your expert opinion.

Nah, that's a crappy idea  -
Mr. Poolman,
I don't take any offense to you calling my idea crappy but you should know that that Water Closet is not connected to any plumbing.

LMAO :woohoo: this has had me in stiches for the past 2 min.context is important -
Keep in mind that JB weld is only rated to 500 degrees. It shouldn't be a problem unless you are doing pizzas.

Just plain old bailing wire
