Smoked some fatties

I decided to try my han d at some fatties.
I did three flavors. First one is sweet italian with PP South Seas Heat, The second one is Jimmy Dean regular with DP Pinapple Head and the last one is Jimmy Dean Hot with PP Java Lava.
Onto the Egg.
Halfway into the cook.
Rolling up the fatties.
Sliced up and ready to go.
Potato Bread and Horseradish Sauce.
