Another Shout Out to Thermoworks

I sent my splash-proof thermapen that I bought from Molly Shark some time back to Thermoworks because it was malfunctioning. Within 2 hours of receiving the pen Thermoworks sent me an email stating that my thermometer was going to be replaced under warranty,and 3 days after that I have a brand new on in my hands, You can't ask for better service than that, and this time *I* got to keep the jelly beans!

That's great to hear. They throw in Jelly Beans? My wife loves Jelly Beans! Maybe that will give her the push she needs to buy me one for xmas

Bobby, another happy camper here. Last year I was pleasantly surprised when Thermoworks replaced my defective out-of-warranty unit... I used the money saved to buy a new splash-proof one from Mollyshark because I don't want to be caught without a Thermapen again even for a couple of weeks!
