I haven't had time to post in probably over a year now. Busy, Busy. But still cook almost every weekend. Eggs, Drums, Kettles, I keep them all busy. Thought I would see if I could make you hungry.

whatcha gonna do with all 'em? -
Nice lookin birds. Is that some kind of quad chicken roaster? That looks pretty cool.
Silly question- but that is an XL egg right? I don't think I could get 4 on my large with room to spare like that. Or, perhaps it is a medium egg and those are Cornish game hens :P.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg. -
That is an official "Drunk Chicken Roost". Great item if you do chickens. It holds 4 at the same time. One of the best items I have in my accessory pile. That is an XL in the pic but it also works well in my Large. Great Item, let's you place and lift all 4 at a time.
You might be able to get one in time for xmas!

They are seasoned with "Citrus Herb" from Chef Prudhomme. I love it! Check them out. Great for the price. Pick up the Fajita Magic it is awsome on Turkeys.

Big family these days. My family of 5 and my sister and brother-in-law living with us. That's feeding 7 at a time. The rest goes into freezer bags and will come back as Chicken Alfredo or Pesto Chicken Pizza. Maybe Mesquite Chicken Poblano Chowder. I actully took those 4 off and did another 2. Those I did with Montreal Chicken Season. It's great too! -
That is really cool. Thanks!Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

wow! that's a lot of mouths!
thanks for the info and link -- hard to find Paul Prudhomme in my world :pinch:
