Pulled beef, lobstah dip & other stuff

Today was cold, windy & snowy here in the ATL....perfect Egging weather...I cooked a roast to do pulled beef & did some lobstah as an appetizer...here are a few pics:

Step 1 Cooking the beef indirect at 250 until 160 internal...about 5 hrs

    Congratulations to Tim! :) That is a huge accomplishment. As far as your lobstah dip is concerned, I really should examine it closer before I give you props :P . I smoked ribs yesterday since the weather was really crappy.
