Pulled beef, lobstah dip & other stuff

Today was cold, windy & snowy here in the ATL....perfect Egging weather...I cooked a roast to do pulled beef & did some lobstah as an are a few pics:

Step 1 Cooking the beef indirect at 250 until 160 internal...about 5 hrs


Step the CIDO for a few hours until 210


Step 3...shredded beef in sauce


Step it...mmmmmm
