We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Ribs, chicken and football!!

Having some coworkers over to watch some football. A few months ago we were talking about BBQ so they all chipped in for the meat. So have 6 racks of BB's and doing 6 spatchcoked chickens and a couple of fatties. And some apple baked beans, along with some potato salad. They haven't had food off the Egg so I hope it (I) don't screw this one up or my name at work will be trashed !! LOL!!

Will post pics later if time and guest allow!!

Guess we won't be watching the Vikings since the roof collapsed.
