Having some coworkers over to watch some football. A few months ago we were talking about BBQ so they all chipped in for the meat. So have 6 racks of BB's and doing 6 spatchcoked chickens and a couple of fatties. And some apple baked beans, along with some potato salad. They haven't had food off the Egg so I hope it (I) don't screw this one up or my name at work will be trashed !! LOL!!

Will post pics later if time and guest allow!!

Guess we won't be watching the Vikings since the roof collapsed.

    Sounds like a great day there!

    Didn't read about the Metrodome yet--just that the game was moved to Monday night. Guess they could list it as an outdoor game, right? Haha!
