Sesame seared tuna and a chicken

I've been craving seared yellowfin tuna. Brushed with EVOO and coated with black and white sesame seeds. Got the egg hot to about 600 and seared all sides. Let cool in the fridge for an hour and served with ginger sauce. YUM. Chicken just about done...will try to add a pic later.
