We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! all night brisket

Pulled an all nighter for my youngests birthday lunch today...11lb whole brisket-

the dogs couldn't handle 3am!-

my birthday present from the kids-

Brisket at 175F...another hour or so and it will be ready for the cooler. Will try to get some sliced pics up soon-
Shoulda been up with Hoss and Jack...long night! B)
