Cooking time on multible butts ?

Just put two - ten pound pork butts on the rack but not touching each other. I have a barn dance tomorrow night and i'm supplying pulled pork sandwiches. I'm starting it off at 230 degrees -- and plan on an overnight cook being monitored by my Guru. "ABOUT" how many hours would you guess to reach "pulling point"?? Thanks, Charlie

cook them until the internal is 200 degrees, and I would guess that to be a little less than 2 hrs / lb

Agree- if you stay with that temp close to 2 hours per lb as a best guess.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Dome temp @ 250* - 18-20 hours.
