Has anyone seen Jim W around? His email address doesn't work any longer and I was trying to contact him about his baby backs. I didn't see a Jim W BB recipe on here and I'm interested in making them for Christmas dinner.

Hey Wess! It's been a while!
Merry Christmas to you as well.[p]I did see that recipe, but it does say that you shouldn't use baby backs since they tend to dry out rather easily. I was wondering if there had been a prior recipe for BBs.[p]Nature Boy's Ginger Mahogany ribs are also excellent, but I wanted to try something a little more Jim W style this time around.

    bdavidson,
If it`s not to late...You can see a picumentary on my website which uses his technique. I am using Costco`s loin back ribs, while not true baby backs the idea is the same. But it`s pretty much the same as the recipe...mine are in the "Cooks" section...HTH[p]Wess
