Bottom Round Roast Suggestions?

I wanted to try Wess B's pit beef but I bought the wrong cut.I have a BOTTOM Round Roast :pinch: instead of a TOP Round Roast .From my searches looks like this thing has to be slow cooked/Braised.Any suggestions??? :huh:

Here's my use of round. Top round in thick slices for marinated London broil. Bottom round in thin slices for Swiss Steak or thicker for a "swiss steak style roast. Eye round for the crock pot with onion soup packet and a little water.

Bottom round will work just fine for pit beef..many of the local pit beef shacks use only bottom round..let us know how it comes out..there's no doubt in my mind you can make some awesome pit beef with it..

Check out the link to "Click here for videos" informative..and entertaining to say the least...Dr BBQ went to Chaps and Big Al's while doing his road trip book..I'm not sure what made it into the final release of the book, they were both mentioned in the pre-release..
