Queston on Prime Rib Roast

Next week I get a case of prime rib roast (cost only $80.00) there is 4 of them. Do not the size of them yet. Do I have to hot tub them to cook them on the egg and also what is hot tubbing, :huh: Any suggestions I would be very greatful. Thank you and good bless.
