My wife is presently picking up a beef tenderloin from BJ's wholesaler...Gonna cut a few 2" filets for us and try my hand at TREX. Now I've only tried to sear a steak once before, and while good, I couldn't get what everyone here achieves. So here's my plan:
Follow TRex to the "T" and down a few Grappa shots...or should it be the other way around?[p]Paul
