I have never done a fattie. I am interested in doing one that I could serve tonight and again tomorrow night kind of like a summer sausage. If I have the wrong impression of a fattie, will it keep to serve again in 24 hours?

Does anyone have a simple recipe?
I have some dizzy pig and BB rubs plus a homemade butt rub I could possibly use.

Any help would be appreciated!
