I was reading in the BGE cookbook to cook each side of the brisket direct at 275f for 30 minutes each side. Then indirect at 225f until done. I will be doing 2 flat cut side by side. If anyone has done this please let me know how it came out.

I can't recall flipping a brisket to cook each side. I have never done this. See the info below
