Since I did a Paella, and what better? an egged paella!

Used asparragus, red bell peppers, shrimp, chicken breasts, spanich chorizo, sweet pimenton, saffron threads, soffrito and bomba rice...

Sorry about the quality of the photos... I took them with my Blackberry, it was either the wine glass or the camera... I chose the glass this time.
