Did up a little fish last night

Last night we cooked some fish my brother-in-law caught.
A little butter in the pan.

The cod seasoned with salt and pepper and DP tsunami spin.

After the first turn.

Plated and ready to eat.

Some of the best fish I have ever had. :woohoo: The maters and carrots are from the garden.

There is no better picture than a hot cast iron skillet with butter in it. The meal looks great. Nothing like fresh fish.

Dave, cod is one of my favorite fish. I must have had Pacific Black Cod 3 times this past week! That must have been a real treat to have such fresh cod. The pieces look nice and thick, perfect! Very nice preperation, no need to mask fish straight from the ocean!

Mine too. My brother-in-law goes out most weekends. He has more than he knows what to do with. Lucky me. :laugh:
