I have 3 picnics on the egg at about 225. Just checked the temp and they are at 175 after 16 hours. Had a little drop in temp while trying to get a few hours sleep. Everything should be fine once I adjusted the airflow. I'm going to wrap in foil for 30 minutes after I take off the egg to get a moister pulled pork. It's great to be an egger in southern Illinois.
