The weather in So. Cal. is gorgeous this week, especially here in the desert. Perfect for a night of grilling. So I pulled a couple of chicken leg quarters out of the freezer and marinated them in Mojo Criollo for about 10 hours. Out of the marinade, patted dry then rubbed with Richard FL's Indian River Pepper blend. Put them on the egg at close to 400 along with corn on the cob & yellow squash also sprinkled with the pepper blend, love this stuff.
