Made Trex style thick cut pork chops for the wife who has to work to night. She made some rice and greenbeans. Pretty simple dinner and quick. Steak is for my little drama queen!! LOL

Had been busy working on laying the slate in her screen porch/smoking parlor. Still plan to tile the floor in the EggMaHall when finished with hers but if it gets to cold it may be a spring project.

Slate floor:

Love the slate floor. Looks like you will have a very nice porch!! :)
  • Thanks elzbth, the wife will have a nice floor. Only pass through that area on the way to the Eggs, LOL
  • Nice chops and nice tile job A-G

A good pair of knee pads is a must - I went cheap on some - the next time I got some good ones and still have them.
