Some days are just better than others....Today I received mt Thermapen, (Thanks Monica!)...I also received my Dizzy Pig rubs, (Thanks Chris!!), and a also received my Remote Thermometer (Thanks Redi-Check!!!)...I feel like it's Christmas before Christmas. I'm preparing to do mt first two racks of pork ribs using all my new toys!! What a great finish to my day!!
