It was a rainy fall day in Socal I love this weather!!! I smoked a shoulder for 4 hrs and then put together this meal.
Rubbed w/ a homemade chili powder,garlic powder mix
Garlic,onions
Reconstituted New mexico chili's,cumin,oregano,salt and water
Blended w/ the garlic and onion
Shoulder in the DO
300 for 4 more hrs
Falling apart
Some of my wifes great spicy beans
Homemade tortillas
Dinner was tasty ! thanks for looking
