That looks perfect! Did you do the veggies and the taters on the egg too? They also look great. Perfect plate and a beautiful setting.

Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

That's a damn good looking steak. Thanks for posting your results.
  • That is one fantastic dinner! Don't feel bad, we all get confused but not too many admit it.

What a beautiful setting to eat that meal in. I'm envious!

Egglectic, you fixed a perfect ribeye! :) It also looks as if you had a perfect setting and a perfect day to dine alfresco!

  • So in the end were they any better than the way you used to grill your steaks? I haven't taken the plunge into this method yet.
  • I did my first ribeye last night.

All I can say is, BIG GREEN EGGS ROCK!

  • I live in Toronto and just bought my egg this summer. Why are you nervous about the winter, it certainly will get cold here? What could happen? My egg is my pride and joy. On another note I was so nervous about doing my thanksgiving turkey in the egg and it turned out awesome. I think I will try out the steak method for sure.
