After last nights grilling 1/2 the bag of chilis my co-worker gave me, I thought I'd try EM's method.

Figured out a system where I could cut them up in my lay-z-boy! :woohoo:

Grilled about 1/2 of the batch on an open grid and the other 1/2 on the griddle.

Thinking of letting them sit over night and then chopping them up and vac-u-seal in 1 cup increments.

With all these new found Anaheims's, gonna strain my brain :ermm: to find a use for all of them.

    Thanks Hoss!
I like the 1/2 Cup idea.
I coated them in EVOO before the grilling and now I'm
guessing that the dehydrating angle prob won't work.
    Dam . . . :(
