Demo Egg Transport??

Hi All,

What is the best way to get my new med. egg home from Eggtoberfest? I will be driving my van. Do I need to wrap it in towels or anything? ]

If I keep it in the car overnight, will my car smell like a BBQ pit?

Buy a cheap roll of plastic wrap and wrap that bad boy up.
This will keep your van clean as well as stop the dome from shifting and bumping.
I also like to wrap the inner parts in paper as well. It will stop you from cringing at ever bump when you hear ceramic clinking together. Might be more piece of mind than honest protection but I know it does not hurt to be over safe.

I brought one home from Waldorf in the back of an Explorer. I took the insides out and set them aside where they would be safe. Then, I just sat the Egg up in the back and pushed a few things up against it. I didn't have any smell problem.
