I would like to cook chili beans on a Dutch oven on the egg. Should I do it direct or indirect? what temp and for how long? :ohmy:

Options
Do them direct 350F just like you would do on the stove.
Make sure there is plenty of liquid and stir every now and then. Top not necessary. Some smoke.
