What type of wood and how much?. And also what cook temp and food temp? It looks perfect. I've had smoked prime rib in the Central Texas BBQ belt, and I can't wait to do one on the Egg.

Details are as follows:
Internal Temp: 145
Grill Temp: 325 Indirect(using a DigiQ DX power draft)
Smoked with Pecan wood chuncks
Seasoned with: Rosemary, Salt & Pepper
Let it rest for 15 min, slice and in enjoy
