Finely did my Oktoberfest cook yesterday....Toni had the day off and I didn't have to work until 1400, so it was a good day to enjoy some good cooking.

Did marinaded, smoked pork chops and apple chutney with sides of red cabbage and spaetzel

Sorry, no "during the cook" pics, but it was nothing spectacular or out of the ordinary. Did indirect at 400 F. with Hickory smoke-wood and just a drip pan of Chutney under the chops.....
