just finished egging a bunch of chestnuts for tomorrow's stuffing. . .really easy, . . .425 degrees for 20 minutes on pizza stone over inverted plate setter. . .you have to cut the 'X's' in them or they will explode when roasting. . .when you bring them in they smell fantastic. . .
