Chicken leg qtrs - easy peasy

Easy week night cook. Marinated a couple of chicken leg quarters in zesty Italian dressing for a couple of hours, then sprinkled liberally with John Henry's Chicken Tickler rub and let sit for another hour. On the egg, direct, raised grid at about 400. Flipped after 20 minutes, let go about 20 more. Delish!
Served with boxed mac n cheese (replaced the noodles with Smart Taste elbows) and brocolli/cauliflower florets mixed w/Laughing Cow spreadable cheese. Great dinner.

He sent me a pic of it and it is beautiful. Going to miss my Egg & kitties for sure, 2 1/2 weeks. First New Orlean's (thanks to Frank for restaurant suggestions) then a 2 week Panama Canal cruise. Need to egg every day until we leave.
