Vertical Roasting and how to roast 2 20# turkeys on the Large Egg

Basically I took 2 of the big Fosters Beer cans (called Oil Cans) over a large drip pan and put the turkey's breast to breast (get your heads out of the gutter).[p]Seriously, only took about 3 hours to get to temp at 350...[p]Maybe the Fosters steamed them from the inside out as well as roasting from the outside in...[p]Thanks for responses to my earlier post...it really is weird that the vertical roasting takes that much less time
