    It went very well. I followed the advice and refrigerated right away. Took it out of the fridge around 5:30, sliced it while it was cold, put it in a covered pan on the stove (added some bbq sauce) and served it at half time. Some ate it as a sandwich on chabatta rolls and others ate it plain. So thankful for the quick responses I received.
