Large Egg, size of Turkey, best brine?

Last year I did a large fresh turkey (supposedly 27lbs) that barley fit in the large BGE. What is the suggested largest Turkey? It's seems I read somewhere around 24 lbs. Also what brine's are the most popular? I see some with maple syrup and brown sugar and some without much of any sweet flavor. Which type of brine is better sweet or just seasoned? Any recommendations?[p]Thanks!

<p />kilo,[p]I did a 21 pounder last year and the legs were hitting the dome lid on my large. I did not brine and it turned out great.[p]
